All transactions on-line that contain your personal details and credit card information are protected by an industry standard secure server.
We accept credit card payment. Wherever you are shopping from, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express Credit Cards. We cannot accept Debit type cards for mail order purchases. Charges are applied to your card once we receive your order and confirm that the item is available. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet on our secure system which uses 128bit encryption
The majority of our gold rings, claddagh wedding bands and pendants are shipped from stock. Our stone set claddagh rings which are hand assembled and finished will generally require up to 15 business days in order for your chosen ring to be set with your selected stone and made up in your size and then polished to perfection.
Most items are shipped within 5 business days of payment being received. For items that are not in stock or items that are supplied to us from different companies, an approx timeframe is shown on the order page for each item. If there are to be any longer delails than these we will email you the status of the order individually, as these may take three weeks or more to ship.
All prices shown on the website in Euro are tax free. Customers that place orders in countries outside of the EU are eligable for this tax free option and will be charged this price for the item purchased. Customers within the EU will be charged the Euro price shown on the website with the VAT added to this at 21.5%. This will then convert to the currency that the card has been issued in, going by the banks current exchange rate on the day the charge is completed. All prices shown in UK sterling are an approximate value of the item minus the VAT, all UK customers will be charged in Euros.
US Orders
For orders shipped to the US by registered mail allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, from the time the item is ready and leaves our premises. This timeframe is pending no delay at customs.
For orders shipped to the US by Federal Express allow three working days for delivery, from the time the item is ready and leaves our premises. This timeframe is pending no delays at customs.
Delivery to other countries does vary, please contact us for further information. Registered Post costs an additional US $10.00 and shipping times vary from one week to up to 4 weeks or more. We will get you a quote on the cost of Federal Express shipping to your country as well as the time frame involved once the item has been shipped. Please supply us with a full shipping address and postal code.
Customs and Excise Duty Charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and these vary from country to country so you can check this with your local Customs offices.
